Quick Care Summary

• Lighting: Low to moderate lighting
• Flow: Low to moderate indirect flow
• Placement: Lower rock crevice or sand-and-rock edge
• Temperament: Semi-aggressive and capable of moving
• Care Level: Beginner to Moderate

Lighting

Use low to moderate lighting. Introduce it gradually and observe its position, as it may settle where conditions suit it best.

Flow

Provide low to moderate indirect flow. Avoid strong direct flow, which can prevent the foot from securing comfortably.

Placement

Place it at a lower rock crevice or along a sand-and-rock edge. Give it time to attach securely and avoid disturbing its foot during introduction.

Temperament

Allow ample space from neighboring corals and anemones. It is semi-aggressive, may move, and should be given room to settle without contact risks.

Feeding

Occasional small meaty foods can be offered but are optional. Feed gently and avoid forcing food onto the oral area.

General Care

Maintain stable salinity and temperature, and inspect its placement after introduction. Protect the foot from damage, allow time for attachment, and adjust nearby coral spacing if it relocates.

Provide a secure settling area and monitor its position over time.
