For all customer service requests, order questions, shipping concerns, and DOA claims, please email us directly. Email is the best way for us to properly track your order details, photos, and claim information in one place. We can also assist customers by phone during normal business hours.

Phone Support: Call us at 321-295-6567. We are available during normal business hours from 12–6 PM Eastern time.
Customer Service Requests: Please include your order number, full name, and a brief description of what you need help with.
DOA Claims: DOA claims must be emailed within 2 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the coral in the original sealed bag before opening it.
No Customer Support Through Social Media: We do not offer customer support through social media comments, direct messages, Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms. Any customer service request sent through social media will be redirected to email.
Local Pickup Questions: Please email or call us before arriving so we can confirm your order is ready and schedule your pickup window.
