Robot Santa Claus Acropora Coral

Robot Santa Claus Acropora Coral - Care Requirements

Robot Santa Claus Acropora Coral is an Acropora small-polyp stony coral for advanced reef aquariums. This WYSIWYG Acropora is suited to reef keepers maintaining the strong lighting, turbulent circulation, and consistent water conditions required by SPS corals.

This is a WYSIWYG coral, meaning the coral shown in the photo is the exact piece you will receive.

Quick Care Summary

• Lighting: Strong reef lighting
• Flow: Strong, random and turbulent flow
• Placement: Middle to upper reef areas after acclimation
• Temperament: Generally peaceful but space for growth
• Care Level: Advanced

Lighting

Provide strong reef lighting. Acclimate gradually to the intended intensity to help this Acropora adjust without abrupt changes in exposure.

Flow

Use strong, random, turbulent flow. Varied circulation helps keep water moving across the branches and prevents low-flow areas around the coral.

Placement

Place it in the middle to upper reef after acclimation. Secure the frag where it receives the planned lighting and consistent turbulent flow.

Temperament

Allow room for future growth. Acropora is generally peaceful, but spacing prevents close contact as neighboring corals expand.

Feeding

Rely primarily on appropriate lighting for support. Fine coral foods may be offered optionally as part of an established reef-feeding routine.

General Care

Maintain highly stable alkalinity, salinity, temperature, nutrients, and lighting. Avoid rapid parameter corrections, and observe polyp condition and coloration as the coral settles into its placement.

Best maintained in a stable, established reef with attentive husbandry.
