Shipping and DOA Guarantee

 

 

Orders of $1 to $349 ship for $45 anywhere inside the US and $25 in Florida.

 

Orders over $350 ship free.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. With next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses, delivery by 5 p.m. to remote areas.
A point of contact must be established before we will ship you’re package. We need to know when you will be avalibe to recive your package.

 

If you choose FEDEX Hold For Pickup you must pick up your package within four hours of the location opening. Our DOA policy is simple! In the event that you experience a loss please email [email protected] a CLEAR digital image of the coral in it’s original packaging within two hours of delivery for replacement credit. DOA claims submitted after the two hour time frame will be reviewed on an individual basis at management’s discretion. We do not offer refunds. You will receive a credit towards your next purchase. The credit does not include the cost of shipping. Under no circumstance is the customer to reject delivery of an order this will void our DOA guarantee. If the package is leaking or damaged please document the damage with FEDEX and contact us immediately. Please do not discard the specimen without authorization from Riptide Aquaculture, doing so will void our DOA guarantee. We cannot solve a problem if we are not aware of it, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns regarding a shipment. If we do not hear about your shipment via email, phone call or Facebook messenger we will assumed that everything arrived in perfect condition and no further action is required on our part. We do NOT provide DOA coverage on replacement orders. We will always work with you to ensure your transaction is 100% satisfactory. By submitting an order you are agreeing to any and all DOA policies set forth by Riptide Aquaculture. These policies are subject to change without notice.

 

Please note, Riptide Aquaculture cannot be held accountable for

 

  • Any delays in shipped caused by Fedex
  • Delays due to weather, mechanical failures, etc
  • If a package is rejected for any reason
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Failure to open package within the two hour time frame provided for DOA claims

 

We will always do our best to work with our customers in the event of a lost or delayed package but unfortunately they are not covered by our standard DOA policy.
